Manchester City were involved in a training session in New York this week - but it was a session with a bit of a twist.

A handful of star names including Carlos Tevez, Joe Hart and Samir Nasri all got the opportunity to wear GoPros cameras. The device, which is attached to a helmet, captures the point of view of the person wearing it.

In the video the Manchester City players are involved in different training activities. From Hart's perspective we see the speed of the ball coming towards him and a sudden reflex to divert the ball to safety.

Later in the video Tevez wears the helmet in a Manchester City training match. It offers a unique insight into what it is like play against the stars of last season's Premier League champions.

The players seems to be in high spirits in the video, with plenty of laughing and joking around.
