Victoria Pendleton has named meeting the Queen to receive her CBE honour as one of her top off-the-bike achievements.

The Olympic gold medallist, taking part in a 'Twitter Ride' for 02 Priority Sports, answered a whole host of questions from fans who'd tweeted in with the hashtag #AskVP.

From her favourite type of biscuit to her favourite place to go for a bike ride, Pendleton ran through her answers while riding through the scenic setting of Victoria Park.

So, what does she think her best achievement is - away from the intense of world of competitive cycling?

"I guess meeting the Queen and receiving my CBE," said Pendleton. I was so nervous. That's pretty high on my list of achievements."

Having retired last year, the world champion cyclist went straight back into a different kind of intense training, and tried her hand at ballroom dancing on BBC's hit show Strictly Come Dancing.

But while Pendleton admits she'd consider moving into TV again given the right opportunity, she's happy to leave the world of Strictly Come Dancing behind.

"If the right opportunity came along, I would definitely think about working in TV. As long it didn't involve any dancing, because I've tried that. A little bit embarrassing!"

Back on the bike, Pendleton ran through her typical training routine prior to the Olympics, giving fans an insight into the kind of commitment it takes to reach gold medal standard.

Other topics mentioned in the short YouTube clip include favourite place to take a bike ride - Bedfordshire - the thinking behind her new tattoo and her favourite music.
