There have been reports already this summer that Gervinho could be leaving Arsenal in order to free up some capital and balance the wage bill.
But the Ivory Coast international has rubbished these stories, claiming he will be turning out for the red half of north London once again next season.
"I have a contract until 2015 with Arsenal and I intend to honour it," he said. "There is always speculation in the papers, but I am looking forward to a good holiday and to come back to Arsenal."
This comes as arguably disappointing news to many Arsenal fans who have been underwhelmed with Gervinho's performances since he joined the Gunners from Lille in 2011.
But Gervinho says that he will fight to stay with Arsenal.
He added: "I want to win my place in the starting line-up week in, week out."
It is unclear whether Arsenal would be willing to sell Gervinho if an offer was received, although manager Arsene Wenger backed the inconsistent winger in March.
