WWE is one of the most-watched sports entertainment shows around the world and despite it being scripted, it provides some of the best entertainment a show can offer.

WWE has millions of fans worldwide and does world tours every year all over the globe from Australia to England and its worldwide support is one of the main reasons as to why it's been so successful for so long.

In the WWE, they have superstars that play character and roles. Some of them play heel roles and some of them play face roles.

If you are not a WWE fan but you are reading this article, a heel superstar is someone who is advertised to be hated by audiences and the fans. They are portrayed as the villain type, much like people are portrayed in films. When they enter the arena they will get booed and everything they do will be followed up with jeers and boos too.

As for faces, these are the good guys. These get cheers all the time and when they enter the arena, most of the time, the fans go nuts. These are portrayed as the heroes of the company and the ones that sell the majority of the merchandise.

But as a WWE fan myself, I feel there are a few superstars that are currently faces, who should easily be heels.

Below you can see the five superstars I'd want to see change to a heel.

1. John Cena

Now before I get into John Cena, I know for a fact this heel turn will never happen.

Cena is the face of the company, the ultimate wrestler and he is portrayed that way as well. He is the modern-era Rock so to speak.

WWE have asked Cena to turn heel on several occasions, but every time he has rejected the chance because he doesn't want to jeopardise his image because of all the charity work he does.

Now the WWE champion, I feel John Cena has coasted his way through his WWE career because of the fact he's never changed his personality and because he's always been a face.

Yeah he's had ruthless aggression, doctor of thuganomics gimmicks, but they were faces too.

Even the likes of The Rock went through heel stages and to become one of the all-time greats, I feel Cena needs to do the same.

2. Randy Orton

If you are a WWE fan, I am 100% convinced that you will want this heel turn too.

Randy Orton is probably one of the best heels WWE have ever had, but at the moment he is being wasted and used as a mid-card superstar.

Fighting pointless matches with the likes of Big Show and Damien Sandow, Orton hasn't been in a fierce rivalry for a long-time and WWE are wasting a real good talent.

He is one of the most loved wrestlers at the moment, that's a given. He gets the best receptions everywhere they go, but he is one of the greatest heels of all-time.

Even the man himself tweeted that he misses being a heel, so surely WWE need to make that change and put him back at the top once again.

3. Kane

The Big Red Machine as he is known as by the WWE universe is currently being used as a tag-team with Daniel Bryan and although it was a hilarious team at first, now it's very dull and very boring.

Kane used to be a monster and used to be quite the scary figure within the WWE and although he cannot do things like he did back in the day because of it being PG, he could still be a great heel and still bring back the monster.

Right now being used as a comedy act in a tag-team is very mid-card for Kane and the teaming with Bryan was great at the start, but it really needs to end sooner rather than later and hopefully from the end, Kane will become a deadly heel once again.

4. The Miz

Currently being used as a face and is really not providing much for the company.

He is stuck in pointless matches and rivalries that are not helping him or his career at all, especially the most recent run-in with Fandango and Wade Barrett.

Despite the battle being for a belt, it is the Intercontinental belt, The Miz should easily be a top-card superstar and he was one of those when he was a heel.

Headlining Wrestlemania and competing against the top wrestlers was the tip of the mountain for Miz, but since he's been used as a face, he hasn't even come close to the top.

His sense of humour and witty jokes is great for a face, but I still feel his is being wasted because he is a lot better than what WWE are making out.

5. Zack Ryder

I hate this guy and hate him with a real passion.

His personality is terrible and his in-ring abilities aren't great either so if anyone was in need of a change, it is him.

Calling himself the internet champion because he has a lot of followers on Twitter is about as good as it will get for Ryder at the moment because of his stupid gimmick.

Stuck with his 'woo woo woo' call and his 'broski' personal, Ryder will go nowhere big in the company if he sticks with that.

A change is needed for him and a heel turn would be really interesting to see if he could pull it off and to see if it would help him in any way.

Please feel free to comment who you'd like to see turn heel in the WWE.
