The agent of Porto forward Jackson Martinez has dismissed claims his client could make a move to Tottenham this summer.
Spurs are in the market for a new striker and reports suggest boss Andre Villas-Boas will attempt to raid his former club for the Colombian's services.
Martinez top scored with 26 goals in the Portuguese Liga last season as Porto stole the league crown from rivals Benfica.
According to reports tottenham are eyeing up a bid in excess of £20 million to land the prolific goalscorer.
However agent Luis Manso says the 26-year-old has no intention of leaving Porto this summer to join Tottenham.
"Jackson Martinez has always said he wants to stay at FC Porto and he does not have to leave," he told Radio Renaiscenca.
"He is happy and his family too so I do not see the intention of the club to sell."
Spurs have been linked with moves for various forwards this summer, including Barcelona's David Villa, long-term target Leandro Damiao and Aston Villa ace Christian Benteke.
With the transfer window not open until July 1 and the rumour mill in full swing, Spurs are likely to be linked with a host of players including Martinez once more - something Manso says is a problem with the English press.
"It seems strange that the English press push the issue, there really is just Porto," he said.
"We have not spoken to anyone and we are not interested in any negotiations. That's the truth."
