Juan Mata says Chelsea can challenge for the Premier League next season following the arrival of Jose Mourinho at Stamford Bridge.
Chelsea announced the arrival of the 'Special One' on a four-year contract earlier this week.
Since then hopes have risen that Chelsea can challenge for their first league crown since 2010.
Chelsea won the Europa League under Rafa Benitez last summer and claimed a historic victory in the Champions League final against Bayern Munich in 2012 - however their league form has not been so stellar over the past two seconds.
The Blues finished 6th under Roberto di Matteo in 2011/12 and finished well off of the pace in the title race last season despite heavy investment during the previous summer.
Mata admits that while success in the FA Cup and Europa League in recents seasons has been enjoyed, the Premier League title is their man goal now Mourinho is back on board.
"Winning the Champions League, FA Cup and Europa League was great, but I really want to win the Premier League title next season," the former Valencia man said.
“If we start well I think we can do it. We have a great squad and fantastic supporters behind us, so hopefully we can do it.
“For me it would be amazing to win four trophies in three seasons. It would be a very special feeling to win the Premier League title and I’m looking forward to hopefully doing so.”
