Mario Gomez looks sets to leave Bayern Munich this summer, according to his agent Uli Ferber.

Gomez has struggled to consolidate a place in the side since the arrival of Mario Mandzukic from Wolfsburg. The Croatian has dominated in the Bayern Munich side, scoring 15 goals in 24 appearances this season.

Ferber, speaking to German football magazine Kicker, said: "As far as I am concerned, the trend in the matter of Mario is definitely a transfer. He will be leaving Bayern Munich this summer."

Despite winning the treble this season, Gomez has decided to call time on his Bayern Munich career. Following Gomez's announcement of his desire to leave, Manchester City, Chelsea and Napoli are all rumoured to be interested in signing the striker.

Bayern also have Peru international striker Claudio Pizarro, Germany forward Thomas Mueller and young striker Patrick Weihrauch waiting for selection in the team, pushing Gomez further down the ladder.
