Toulouse president Olivier Sadran has admitted Arsenal and Tottenham target Etienne Capoue can leave the club this summer for the right price, according to ESPN.

The France midfielder is currently on international duty in South America, and has been strongly linked with a move away from Toulouse.

He reportedly came close to joining Queens Park Rangers in the January transfer window, but Toulouse were reluctant to lose him mid-way through the season.

However, Sadran has revealed he would be willing to let Capoue move on this summer if a club matched his asking price for the player.

Speaking to reporters, Sadran said: "We didn't let Capoue leave this winter for £10m because we felt that we still needed him.

"This time, he'll leave if a club makes us a good offer, but there has not been one for the moment."

The 24-year-old central midfielder has been tipped as target for Arsenal and Tottenham, with the north London rivals reportedly keen to strengthen in the middle of the park this summer.

Everton are another Premier League club interested in Capoue, and the report claims he's more than likely to head for England should he leave Toulouse.

The Niort-born star came through the youth ranks with the club on the south coast of France, and has gone on to make five appearances for the senior national team.
