Britons Johanna Konta, Anne Keothavong and Tara Moore have all been given wildcards for the Aegon Classic event in Birmingham.
British one and two Laura Robson and Heather Watson were already signed up for the pre-Wimbledon event which starts on Sunday.
One name that won't be appearing is former British number one Elena Baltacha who has only recently returned to action following a lengthy spell out with an ankle injury.
Out of the three given wild cards, Konta is currently ranked highest in the world standings, being placed 166 while Keothavong sits at 186 just eight places ahead of Moore.
Grand Slam winner Sam Stosur has also received a wild card for the event.
Last year's Championship was won by American qualifier Melanie Oudin who defeated Jelena Jankovic in the final.
Heather Watson was the best British performer as she made it to the third round where she was beaten by Italy's Roberta Vinci.
