What a season it has been for Manchester United.

The Red Devils secured a memorable and deserved 20th league title, scoring some cracking team goals along the way.

Here are the best:

Tom Cleverley v Sunderland

He starts the move and finishes it. Tom Cleverley finds Wayne Rooney, whose pass to Danny Welbeck is beaten to by the Sunderland defender - but it comes back to Cleverly, who picks out Evra and retrieves the ball back. He then plays a great one-two with Michael Carrick before hitting a sweeping shot first time into the bottom corner of the Sunderland net. Great team play.

Robin van Persie v West Ham

It’s a goal in 30 seconds and straight from kick-off. United get the game underway with Rooney passing back to Rafael. As the ball is knocked around the back-four Evra chips it to Cleverley, who picks out Carrick with a poor pass but manages to scramble it away to Anderson. Then it's back to Carrick, who plays a lovely through ball to Van Persie, whose shot loops off Jussi Jääskeläinenand into the back of the net. Nothing the keeper could do about that.

Robin van Persie v Liverpool

Sir Alex Ferguson calls it "the biggest game in world football" and once again it was Manchester United on the side that came away with three points with their fifth consecutive home win over their bitter rivals.

Like so many Manchester United moves, the pass-master Michael Carrick starts it off as he find Shinji Kagawa, whose pass to Welbeck is sloppy, but the Red Devils clean it up as a pressured Welbeck pass finds Cleverley. He shifts it out left to Evra, who puts in an inch-perfect ball for Van Persie to side-foot the ball home.

Nani v Chelsea

What a Capital One Cup tie this was. Nani sends a wonderful through-ball to new signing Nick Powell, who shrugs off Cesar Azpilicueta and realises Javier Hernandez, who cuts inside before laying it back to Nani outside the box. The winger play a wonderful one-two with Anderson before scoring a sumptuous chip over Petr Cech.

Robin van Persie v Reading

He's on the end of so many Manchester United attacks, but this one comes from a Reading move.

The Royals get into the box but cannot find a way around Jonny Evans, who gets a tackle in and it falls to Ashley Young just outside his own area and he shrugs off the Reading pressure before bringing Evra into the move. The defender passes to Carrick first time and spots Van Persie as he plays a great through ball into Young, who is on the run but finds himself blocked off and brings it back to Carrick, who spreads play wide to Darren Fletcher. The ball finds Wayne Rooney, who flicks a beautiful back-heel into the path of Van Persie.

One-on-one with the keeper - he was never going to miss.
