Is it possible for me to see a sports website or television channel and not see some headline about Robert Griffin III and his knee?
We have all seen the clips of him in training camp throwing, rolling out of the pocket, and even sprinting.
Griffin has been called "superhuman" by Dr. James Andrews and his own coach Mike Shanahan stated that Griffin will set an "injury record" upon his return to the field.
Clips have been shown just focusing on that right knee of his and of him dancing with his fiancee in a club. At what point are we going to realise that we should sit back and let the man recover without putting this immense pressure on him? Griffin not only has to live up to last season's incredible numbers and success but he now has to return from injury as a "superhuman" just like his doctor said so.
We all hope to see Griffin succeed, but the media has made this one of the most, if not the most, highly reported injury in sports history.
Good luck Robert, Redskin's nation is counting on you. #HTTR
