West Brom will come under pressure from Norwich City for the signing of PSV striker Ola Toivonen according to reports.

Toivonen has come to the attention of many Premier League clubs after a solid season with PSV and the Swedish national team.

Speculation arose that the 26-year-old would join Fulham with boss Martin Jol set to secure the former Malmo forward for £2m, but it seems that the Canaries are ready to beat that offer for his services.

The Express and Star have even reported that a £4m bid has been accepted only for West Brom to up their interest.

Current Norwich striker Grant Holt could be on the move with much interest reported in him, and Canaries boss Chris Hughton may want someone to cover, even with Ricky van Wolfswinkel moving to Carrow Road.

Toivonen scored seven goals for his club this season in 22 appearances. He has also scored six international goals in his career.

He will be entering his final year of his PSV contract.
