There have been some truly ludicrous claims that Juan Mata will depart from the Blues as the reappointed 'Special One' looks to strengthen the current Chelsea squad.
Removing a two-time Chelsea Player of the Year to strengthen the squad is like a motoring enthusiast removing the 750 horsepower engine to make his Mustang faster.
Juan Mata has been the most consistent player in the Premier League this season (alongside Gareth Bale).
Scoring twelve goals and assisting in seventeen.
He will undoubtedly create a frenzy for other clubs hoping to land his signature, but it is unlikely that he will leave Stamford Bridge anytime soon.
In time, he may leave, and he will possibly transfer to another top-class team. He can astonish Real Madrid supporters, charm Barcelona fans and become worshiped in Bayern Munich. But for now, and hopefully until he retires, Mata will have blue blood running through is veins.
Blue blood runs through the veins of many Chelsea heroes’, Didier Drogba, John Terry, newly crowned Chelsea top-scorer Frank Lampard and the returned Jose Mourinho.
Mourinho will most probably provide a world-class goal scorer for Mata to deliver his crisp and clean passes.
With the amount of goals that “could have been scored” by Fernando Torres after countless beautiful assists from his fellow Española teammate, Chelsea, in turn, could have won the Barclays Premier League.
Mata’s form is very propitious, and with a striker in the likes of Edison Cavani and Hulk, Chelsea will be the most feared team in Europe.
