Apart from Robin van Persie netting 26 goals to retain the Premier League Golden Boot award and Manchester City keeper Joe Hart winning the Golden Glove award, there have been ample of other winners based on stats split into shooting, passing, tackling and fouling.
Here, we take a look at some of the individual awards from the 2012/13 season.
Most shots in a game (11): Robin van Persie vs Southampton, September 2
The Dutch star made 11 attempts at the Southampton goal in the early weeks of the 2012/13 campaign at St Mary's stadium.
Despite failing to score from penalty spot, Van Persie scored a hat-trick in a dramatic 3-2 win for Manchester United. Van Persie and his new club were trailing by a goal before the 29-year-old grabbed two late goals in the final few minutes.
Most shots on target in a game (6): Gareth Bale vs West Ham, February 25
Bale scored twice in the game with six shots on target. West Ham goalkeeper Jaaskelainen was on top form but failed to secure a single point for his side on the night.
Also, the PFA Player of the Year had the most shots on target (73) across the entire season.
Most saves in a game (10): Jussi Jaaskelainen vs Tottenham, Februaury 25
West Ham's clash with Tottenham at the Boleyn ground in late February proved to be one of the greatest encounter in last season's Premier League.
Spurs had 27 shots with the Finland stopper faced trouble with 13 shots, having saved 10 of them. At times it was the Bale vs Jaaskelinen show.
Most passes in a game (148): Paul Scholes vs Tottenham, September 29
Manchester United enjoyed 74.1 per cent possession against Spurs in a 3-2 defeat at Old Trafford, completed an impressive 627 out of 701 passes. The retired United midfielder Paul Scholes completed 135 passes out of 148.
Scholes started the campaign well before facing an injury keeping him away until Sir Alex Ferguson's fair-well match at Old Trafford, which was also Scholes' last home game for Manchester United.
Most substitutions: Lukas Pololski and Adam Le Fondre
Arsenal striker Lukas Podolski was substituted off 23 times last season (he started 25 games) while Adam Le Fondre of Reading was sent on 23 times.
Most Fouls (82): Grant Holt, Norwich City
Norwich skipper Grant Holt conceded the most fouls (82) in the entire campaign. The 32-year-old is certainly a presence and doesn't let his opponents get off lightly.
Most Minutes played (3,420): Leighton Baines, Everton
The Everton full back is the only Premier League out-field player to have played every minute of every game.
The 28-year-old had the finest of season, which could earn him a place with English champions Manchester United next season.
The England defender also delivered the most number of crosses (353).
Most Tackles (146): Morgan Schneiderlin
The French midfielder has not been worried of getting booked. Schneiderlin made the most number of tackles, 146, to maintain his club's top flight status.
The 23-year-old played a vital role for Southampton last season in their fight to secure their Premier League status.
