This rumour first picked up traction towards the close of last summer's window, and Chelsea finally now have their man.

It's looked on the cards all summer - Leverkusen just had to sort out their replacement. They wanted Kevin De Bruyne, but it looks like the Belgian could have a role to play under Jose Mourinho at Stamford Bridge.
