Summer 2013: Europe's biggest transfers so far (1)

Published 11 Comments

There's still 10 weeks to go before a strong gust of autumnal wind slams the transfer window shut, but we've already seen some mega-money deals.

Radamel Falcao has finally completed his move away from Atletico Madrid - but not to where you'd think - while another fine Colombian export has joined him on the French south coast.

When you can't beat them, join them - so Neymar's teamed up with Lionel Messi to form a super South American strike force at the Nou Camp.

Roberto Mancini spent most of last season telling everyone Manchester City were too slow in the transfer market last summer.

So his bosses took note, fired him, and spent a ton of money in the first few weeks of this window. Poor Roberto.

Anyway, in what hopefully will be the first of a monthly round-up, GMS counts down the top 10 transfer deals of this summer's window so far.

There's plenty of time for new additions to this top 10 though, so who do you think will be next to crack it - Edinson Cavani?

Maybe Wayne Rooney, or even Gareth Bale?
