With Manchester United's new manager David Moyes coming in, we take a look at what deals he may do in the summer to strengthen the Premier League champions.

Ins

Leighton Baines (Everton)

Having worked with the England left-back at Everton, Moyes will be keen to link up with Baines at Old Trafford. Even though Patrice played well last season, he continues to be linked with a move away from Manchester United. Monaco are reported to be showing an interest and if Moyes decides to allow Evra to go, then surely Baines will be his number one pick to replace the Frenchman.

Marouane Fellaini (Everton)

One of David Moyes' top targets will be a midfielder, after Paul Scholes retired. Fellaini is a player Moyes knows well and could be a target. His ability is clear to see but he may be further down the list of preferred midfielders that Moyes wants to bring in. A Scholes-type player would be the sort of player he will be looking for but a big physical player, like Fellaini, is still a possibility.

Gareth Bale (Tottenham)

This would be the deal of the summer, and may well break the world transfer record. If Moyes wants to bring Bale to Old Trafford it is reported he would get the money to do so. Reports are saying an £85 million bid will be made and that Bale would prefer to stay in England. That would make United favourites to sign the Welshman and it is unlikely Tottenham would reject such a big bid. He would be the type of signing that would make United favourites for the Premier League title and would surely make them one of the favourites to lift the Champions League.

Robert Lewandowski (Borussia Dortmund)

A top European striker who knows how to score goals - every team’s dream. And the fact that Dortmund have come out and said they will not sell Lewandowski to Bayern Munich and the striker has just one year left on his contract means a deal will probably happen.

Outs

Anderson

A top player who has not reached his potential, Anderson would be a good signing for any team. There is only a small chance he could stay at Manchester United but if he does he will have to have a good season to earn a future at the club.

Nani

With only a year left on his contract it is likely Nani will be sold. He continues to frustrate when he plays but when he is on top form, he can destroy full backs. He has been linked with a move away and several teams are showing an interest. If Nani wants to stay, he needs to convince Moyes by hitting top form early next season.
