Manchester City target Isco is to make a decision regarding his future in the next seven days.
The 21-year-old playmaker, who is currently playing in the European U21 Championship in Israel with Spain, is being chased predominantly by former manager Manuel Pellegrini, now manager of Manchester City.
It is also believed that Real Madrid have joined the hunt for his services, despite being manager-less at present.
And it seems that Isco is entirely focused on the U21's final, which will be contested between Isco's Spain who beat Norway and Italy, who overcame the Netherlands. The title is a coveted one, with the winning teams best players often being promoted to the senior national team.
Speaking to reporters in Israel, Isco said: "In seven days I will decide my future. After the U21 Euros I will analyse my situation and make the best choice for my future."
But the main choice it seems will be whether to follow former boss Pellegrini to England or join European heavyweights Real Madrid.
It seems that Manchester may be Isco's preferred destination, after he suggested he would like to work with the Chilean in the future.
"At the moment I am calm and focused on my work with the Spain national team. City or Madrid? I can't say. Pellegrini is a great coach though, of that there is no question," added the 21-year old.
