UFC set to return to Britain this year
UFC will be held in Manchester in October, following a successful event in London earlier this year
The Ultimate Fighting Championship will return to Britain for the second time this year, as Manchester will host an event in October.
UFC On Fuel TV took place in London in February with Barao v McDonald being the main fight on the card that time round.
Manchester has previously held a UFC event on two occasions, in 2007 and 2009, both times at the MEN Arena, with over 15,000 people attending each time.
UFC fighter Michael Bisping is from the United Kingdom and is one of the big names expected to fight in October. He also took part in the previous two events in Manchester.
It is the first time that two events would take place in Britain in one year since 2009, although there has been one a year since then.
The next event to take place will be UFC 162 in Las Vegas on July 6, with Silva v Weidman topping the card.
