Blackpool manager Paul Ince has stated that it will take a huge offer to tempt son Tom Ince away from Bloomfield Road.
The Championship outfit are aware that Tom Ince has been the subject of intense transfer speculation following a string of impressive performances last season.
It has been well documented that Liverpool are interested in signing Ince, but Paul Ince is adamant that his son will not be leaving on the cheap.
Blackpool haven't received a concrete offer from any club as of yet, but are still preparing themselves as admirers for Ince's services continue to grow. Ince has another 12 months remaining on his current deal and although Blackpool run the risk of losing their prized asset on a free transfer at the end of next season, manager Paul Ince is confident they can ward of the potential interest.
Speaking to the Blackpool Gazette, Paul Ince said: "We knew there would be a lot of interest in Thomas and that's proving to be the case.
“But speaking to him, he will be happy to come and play here again. I'm not saying he doesn't want to go and play in the Premier League because I know one day he will."
But Paul Ince is confident that it will take a huge amount of money to lure his son away from Bloomfield Road.
"If we can keep him for the next 12 months, then it will save us from looking elsewhere. We'd like to keep him but if someone makes a ridiculous offer we'll have to look at it," added Ince.
