Zenit St Petersburg forward Hulk may leave the Russian club this summer after his agent hinted at a transfer.
And Jose Caldeira, Hulk's agent, has now fuelled speculation by revealing that France remains a potential destination for the striker this summer.
Speaking to Eurosport, Caldeira said: "At the moment we cannot announce anything.
"They player is focussed on the tournament and there will not be anything official during this period. France is a possibility but there are others."
Hulk is currently with Brazil at the Confederations Cup, but speculation has continually linked him with both Monaco and Chelsea.
Less than a year after moving to Russia in a big-money move along with Axel Witsel, the Brazilian international is reportedly unhappy.
Earlier this month Hulk claimed Jose Mourinho remains an admirer, and his appointment at Stamford Bridge has contributed to a flurry of reports linking Hulk to the Premier League club.
Chelsea have retained a long-term interest in the player dating back to his Porto days. And they, along with Monaco and PSG, have the financial muscle to pay the fee Zenit would likely be looking for for the striker.
Hulk was signed for €40m, and Zenit would want to at least recoup the fee they paid in 2012 if they were to sell him.
The muscular forward would face plenty of competition at Stamford Bridge, especially following the capture of Germany international Andre Schurrle.
