Thierry Henry was one of the best players ever to grace the Premier League.

Scoring 228 goals in his time with Arsenal, there were plenty of fabulous strikes from long range shots to mazy dribbles past plenty of players before in his own unique way, slotting it past the 'keeper. 

After a glittering career for the Gunners, he moved to Barcelona where he won the treble in his first season at the club. Now at MLS side New York Red Bulls, Henry’s career is in its twilight years, although he still scores regularly for them.



Here we celebrate one of Henry's greatest ever Arsenal goals - despite it coming in a pre-season friendly, the Frenchman deserves recognition for this outrageous goal. 

Although it may not have meant much, you'd struggle to see a goal he scored that's any better than this. 

His time in England will be remembered for years to come and Arsenal fans can only dream of having a player of his quality come round again.
