Major Confederations Cup underdogs Tahiti line up against World Champions Spain tonight, and Tahiti manager Eddy Etaeta knows that his team are in for their toughest game in existence.

And the Islanders manager has gone as far as to say that tonights task is "impossible" and his team could be conceding over 10 goals against the World Cup, European Cup and U21 Cup champions. Etaeta conceded that although his team will not win tonight, he highlighted that scoring a goal against Del Bosque's team is their objective for the game.

"We are highly realistic," Etaeta told reporters in Brazil. "It's impossible for us to win against Spain. Our objective is to try to score, or not to be scored against for half an hour. But maybe we can score one goal and against Spain, even if it's 15 or 20 (goals) against one. It's impossible, yes quite impossible."

The group B match is gaining as much attention as any match to have been played at the tournament so far because it could be the biggest mis-match in footballing history. Tahiti who are ranked 179th in the world rankings are going up against the team ranked 1st in the rankings. But Del Bosque and Iniesta have stated that they will not underestimate the underdogs, as this would be showing a lack of respect.

"The best sign of respect for a football player is that the rival takes the game seriously and plays seriously," Iniesta told reporters prior to the game. "We respect them like any other team. We're going to play to win and score goals. For their part, they'll try not to let in goals and score."
