Neymar da Silva Santos Junior is one of the biggest names in world football and until just under a month ago he was also the most wanted.
But Neymar's recent move to FC Barcelona put an end to the bidding war between Europe's top clubs.
While there is no question that Neymar will improve the Barcelona squad with his skill on and off the ball, there are still ways in which he could potentially hinder the squad as well.
Neymar and Lionel Messi will form an outstanding attacking partnership, but that is only if they work as that partnership and not as Messi on his own and Neymar on his own.
It is indisputable that both of these players do like to run on the ball, in fact that's what they're most known for.
For that exact reason it is expected that this next season will bring more of the same.
But with Messi already spending time on the ball for Barca, is there more time in a match for Neymar to have a run? The ultimate question for Barca is will Neymar work well with Messi.
One still has to believe that the two should form a strong partnership for various reasons.
Firstly, they're both from South America. While Messi is from Argentina and therefore speaks Spanish, and Neymar is from Brazil therefore speaking Portuguese, the languages are similar enough for the two to communicate on the pitch.
In addition, their similar styles could be a mutual topic for the dressing room, and we could yet see Neymar and Messi form a friendship similar to that of Steven Gerrard and Jamie Carragher.
This of course would be the ideal outcome for those who support Barcelona, because a strong partnership between two of the world's best can form an incredible dominance in Europe.
While Neymar's signing may impact negatively at first, supporters will have faith that the minor bumps will be tweaked and that Neymar's signing should be one for the history books.
