Miralem Pjanic's agent has rebuffed suggestions that the effervescent midfielder will be leaving AS Roma this summer.

Reports in the media over the last few weeks have linked the player with Barcelona and Tottenham.

The Bosnia and Herzegovina international experienced a season with Roma that seen him seen him flourish, and he was undoubtedly one of the few positives in the turbulent campaign the club endured, scoring three goals and recording six assists in 27 league games.

The player's agent Michele Gerbino told calciomercato.it: "Miralem is concentrated solely on Roma.

"He is very happy with the Giallorossi and has the utmost respect for the club, so I am convinced they will continue together with reciprocal satisfaction."

"As for the interest from Barcelona, I haven't heard anything about that and have personally not received any calls."

"There are no imminent meetings with Roma either, as we must first give the new coach time to arrive and get to know the players."
