Sergio Ramos shows off skills in Spain training

Sergio Ramos isn't exactly known for his wide array of skills and deft touches, but it seems that during training a more artistic side of the Real Madrid defender comes out.

Warming up with his Spanish team-mates ahead of their Confederations Cup semi-final against Italy (with one short-leg inexplicably rolled up to reveal a touch too much thigh), the battle-hardened centre-back took some time out to show he has got the skills to match some of his more illustrious team-mates like Andres Iniesta and David Silva.

He even pulls off a pretty impressive move which involves switching from kick-ups to a press-up in the flash of an eye. Juan Mata even gets involved before Pepe Reina ruins it for everyone.

And to think, most people think of Ramos as a meat-head defender who can only chop people down…
