Neymar has been immortalised in Street Fighter II format after his ‘dive’ during Brazil’s 2-1 win over Uruguay in the Confederations Cup last night (Wednesday).

The 21-year-old joined Barcelona this summer, and the spotlight has grown stronger on the former Santos star following the move.

In the main, the youngster has lived up to his billing, helping his country to the final of the competition with both goals and assists during the tournament in his homeland.

But, it’s his antics following a tussle with Walter Gargano which has really caught the imagination, with Neymar hitting the deck like a sack of spuds following a relatively innocuous hand-off.

And, the computer wizards at The Daily Mirror have done a fantastic job in integrating his theatrical fall with moves from the famous computer game from the 90s.

Both Ryu and Ken give Neymar a good beating, and it’s game over for La Liga’s big-name recruit.
