Andre Villas-Boas started badly in the Premier League with Chelsea, but ever since he came back to join Tottenham he has been brilliant.
His tactics, on the whole, are top class - but will his management skills earn Spurs a trophy next season?
Spurs disappointingly missed out on the Champions League for a second year running last season, and are once again in the Europa League, but can they get further than the quarter-finals next season?
Penalties are never a strong point for Spurs and, with Gareth Bale injured, they went out of the Europa League in the quarter-finals.
Villas-Boas' reputation as a manger is increasing, and I wonder if he can pull Spurs a bit further in the Europa League and Premier League.
Villas-Boas has built a strong relationship with the players at Tottenham, and as he is about to embark on another season with him, he's going to be thinking about getting them some silverware.
Obviously Bale's future at the club is now in doubt, but I truly believe that if Villas-Boas brings a few classy players in then Spurs could really get somewhere next season, whether it be in a cup or in the league.
Tottenham are a developing side, so can they get a trophy next season?
I think that if they don't slip up, especially at the end of the season, and if Villas-Boas continues to make good decisions in games, then they have a good chance of winning the Europa League.
Let's go back to the game where Spurs played Manchester City. The final score was 3-1 to Spurs but Villas-Boas played a big part in that win.
Tottenham went 1-0 down very quickly, and until the 60th minute things stayed that way. However, at the 60-minute mark Villas-Boas brought on Lewis Holtby and Jermain Defoe, and things started to rapidly change.
Substitute Holtby made a great pass to Bale who crossed it to Dempsey who scored. 1-1. Substitute Defoe took Manchester City on single-handedly and scored a great goal. 2-1. Bale made a great run and scored another great goal. 3-1.
As you can see, just a bit of thinking from a manger can lead to a big change, and that is why I believe that Villas-Boas can lead Tottenham Hotspur to victory next season.
