Paris Saint-Germain superstar Zlatan Ibrahimovic reportedly wants to leave the Ligue 1 champions and join Real Madrid this summer.

According to Punto Pelota, Ibrahimovic wants to continue working under coach Carlo Ancelotti, who has just swapped the Parc des Princes for the Santiago Bernabeu.

The report claims Ibrahimovic has informed his agent Mino Raiola to contact Ancelotti and ask about securing a move to Real Madrid.

It would be a huge blow for PSG to lose both their title-winning coach and top scorer from last season.

Ibrahimovic is reportedly on €14m-a-year contract at the Qatari-funded French club, but the report claims he is ready to take a pay cut if it meant securing a Real Madrid switch.

The former Barcelona, AC Milan, Inter Milan and Juventus striker will also reportedly only cost the Spanish giants as little at €20million.

Despite Ibrahimovic’s desire to make it happen, the Punto Pelota report claims any deal would be extremely complicated and would take a lot of work from both Real Madrid and PSG.

The Sweden international was in sensational form last season, scoring 30 Ligue 1 goals – 11 more than his nearest rival – in leading his team to the title.
