Japanese international Hiroshi Kiyotake is hot property in the transfer market. The 23-year-old has made 18 appearances for his national team and starred at the recent Confederations Cup in Brazil.

He had an impressive campaign for German Bundesliga outfit Nurnberg leading them to a 10th placed finish.

Kiyotake was their star performer, and the midfielder was their most consistent player as well. He registered four goals and 10 assists in the campaign raising interests from Premier League clubs.

The midfielder is comfortable in playing in the centre, or on the right, and is a creative force going forward.

Kiyotake is a good set piece taker and is blessed with good crossing skills. He had created a whopping 153 chances in Bundesliga campaign even surpassing the likes of Mario Goetze.

His passing range is good and the eye for making key passes and through balls makes him a player in demand.

Premier League club, Aston Villas seem interested in his services and have raised an initial enquiry as well. A proposed transfer fee of £7.5million was quoted for his services - but the Bundelsiga outfit have rebuffed the offer and seem adamant they can keep the player.

Nurnberg consider him vital to their progress, and have made it clear to Aston Villa that he will be staying where he is.

Their manager Martin Bader told Nurnberger Nachrichten newspaper: "I am able to confirm this transfer enquiry from Aston Villa.

"We have made it clear to Aston Villa we have no interest nor intention to sell the player."
