Spanish starlet Isco is set to be formally introduced as a Real Madrid player this afternoon after completing his move from Malaga.
The 21-year-old travelled with his parents, who are set to be present today during the presentation at the Bernabeu.
Isco has become the first transfer of the new era of the club with Carlo Ancelotti as manager, but there is still no word about the number he will carry on his shirt.
His signing comes after the European Under-21 Championship last month, a tournament that Spain won, thanks largely to the contribution of the impressive Isco, who was also wanted by former manager Manuel Pellegrini at Manchester City this summer.
During the championship, he scored three goals, winning the Bronze Boot behind team-mates Álvaro Morata and Thiago Alcântara.
He was also proclaimed one of the best midfielders in the UEFA Team of the Tournament.
Isco, who has been playing for Málaga CF for the past two seasons, is expected to speak out for the first time about his move to the Spanish giants.
