Tottenham and Liverpool are set to miss out on promising Barcelona striker Bojan, according to the Daily Star.
The 22-year-old Spaniard - who impressed on loan at AC Milan last season - has attracted interest from numerous clubs, but looks set to remain in Spain, with a move to Real Betis interesting the youngster.
Spurs in particular have shown a strong interest in Bojan, after being offered to the club by a third-party agent.
Liverpool were also thought to have been interested in the 22-year-old, who would be an ideal signing to fit in the with the club's long-term plans, with the board keen to sign players under the age of 24 with sell-on value.
Ajax, Parma and PSV have also been linked with a move involving the Spaniard, but with his likely next destination to be in Spain it appears these clubs will have to focus their interest elsewhere.
