The big question of the summer centres around one man - Cristiano Ronaldo. Will he be returning to his former home of that being Old Trafford I hear every Manchester United fan pondering?

There is no defiant answer to this question as of yet, however if the rumours are said to be true then there could be a chance that Ronaldo will be "coming home". However these are of course just, rumours.

The Daily Mirror suggests that Cristiano Ronaldo could indeed be on his way back to Manchester United as Ronaldo and his representatives are meeting for private talks in the next three days.

Obviously this news has hit out all over the social media and every Manchester United fan sitting on the verge of their seat waiting for it to be official.

However that is not the case. For Carlo Ancelotti, Real Madrid's new manager has said he cannot wait to work with the Madrid superstar.

The deal is incredibly likely as for David Moyes needs to win over the fans and signing Ronaldo would be the best way to do so.

A potential line up of Robin van Persie and Wayne Rooney alongside Ronaldo would be mouthwatering.

It isn't easy to bring in such a global superstar and it's not cheap.

Ronaldo is apparently asking Real Madrid for 100 per cent image rights and for a pay cheque that costs them around £345,000 per week.

For Ronaldo to ask such a demanding contract is that a coy plan in saying that he knows Real Madrid won't offer him that and then therefore putting Manchester United on edge to sign him up?

Only weeks can tell in what this rumour will be concluding us with.
