Tottenham have detracted their interest from Atletico Mineiro playmaker Bernard, while five offers have been made for him.
Spurs were monitoring the Brazilian international, but instead decided to focus their attention on his compatriot Paulinho, who was signed for just under £17m from Corinthians.
Porto and Borussia Dortmund have also been looking to purchase the highly-rated prospect, but any potential transfer is on hold for the moment while he helps his club in their bid to win the Copa Libertadores.
The 20-year-old told Sportv: "I have already said that I won't talk about this, but the president has admitted publicly that there are five offers."
Juan Reol, an assistant to his agent Adriano Spadoto, revealed to Globo Esporte: "Dortmund have expressed an interest. Tottenham as well, but since they have signed Paulinho they have gone cold.
"Porto are also one of the clubs, but we have to understand that Bernard won't negotiate during the Copa Libertadores.
"If Atletico Mineiro are eliminated on Wednesday, it is likely that (club president) Alexandre Kalil will talk about negotiations a few days later."
Tottenham manager Andre Villas-Boas can now pursue targets in the striker position, as it is expected they have signed all the midfielders they need.
