Roberto Martinez has raided former club Wigan Athletic for a third time by signing goalkeeper Joel Robles.
Robles becomes the latest player to travel to Goodison Park in this summer's transfer window.
Robles joins Antolin Alcaraz and Arouna Kone in swapping Wigan Athletic for Everton.
Robles joins after signing a five-year-deal at the club after his loan stint at Wigan last season from Atletico Madrid clearly impressed Martinez.
A statement on Atletico Madrid’s website read: “Atletico Madrid and Everton have reached an agreement for the transfer of Joel Robles to the English club.”
The 23-year-old joins Everton on an undisclosed fee.
Kone also joined very recently, also in an undisclosed deal, whilst Alcaraz was signed on a free transfer.
Robles move to Everton means that he will be competing with long-time favourite Tim Howard for the number one spot at the club.
Speaking about his move to the North English club, a statement read: “I can't wait to get started at such a big club.
"Roberto Martinez being here was a major factor in me coming here. I firmly believe that he will take Everton to even greater heights.
"We are all here to achieve that aim. I am a very ambitious goalkeeper, so continuing in the Premier League is superb.”
