Manchester United transfer target Arturo Vidal is pleased and fascinated to be linked with a move to Real Madrid.
The 26-year-old Chilean international has emerged as one of the top players in Serie ‘A’ since moving to Juventus from Bayer Leverkusen in 2011, helping the Italian giants to back-to-back titles during his first two seasons in Turin.
It’s led to speculation over a move away from the Juventus Stadium, with speculation last month claiming the Red Devils were interested in bringing the player to Old Trafford for £30million.
However, Manchester United aren’t the only club to show an interest, with the Spanish giants now also appearing on the attacking midfielder’s radar.
"I already have a contract with Juve so I will wait then we will see what happens," Vidal told Canal 24 Horas.
"The offers from big clubs like Real Madrid please me. Each player is fascinated by a club like them. But I'm already playing for a top club and I want to stay here for a long time.
Carlo Ancelotti is the new man at the Real Madrid helm, and the arrival of Vidal would signal his intent to make a mark on the squad following Jose Mourinho’s departure from the Santiago Bernabeu.
But, David Moyes is in the same boat at Manchester United after replacing Sir Alex Ferguson, and the arrival of Vidal would certainly be seen as a transfer coup for the Premier League champions.
But, to amplify his commitment to the Juventus Stadium cause, Vidal was also happy to discuss the arrival of Carlos Tevez, believing the Argentine striker can help take the Bianconeri to the next level.
"Tevez can help us win in Europe. I still want to win a lot in the Juventus jersey and I hope the new season will be full of success," he concluded.
