Kaka's high-profile move to Real Madrid from AC Milan is not just one that Madrid supporters regret, but one that Milan fans do too.
The boy who won the Ballon d'Or with Milan has made the worst move of his life. Not because he has not been able to play in the same role with Real, but simply because of his lack of time on the pitch.
After an injury, he has never been seen as an important player for Madrid. Jose Mourinho signed Mesut Ozil and Sami Khedira, both of whom showed good form and Kaka found it difficult to re-establish himself.
To be honest, Mourinho never got the best out of his squad at Madrid. Why? Because he never believed in his players and he never believed in Kaka.
Despite Kaka's continuous urge to work hard to regain the form. He never gave him a chance. Even against the lowly teams, he avoided him.
What did Real achieve despite purchasing a lot of high-profile players? Mourinho's time in Spain was just a small nightmare for him. But for Kaka, it was his career.
The former Brazil captain is now facing the same problem with his international team. Although Brazil won the Confederations Cup without him, Kaka has always performed whenever he has been recalled. Even with such little opportunities, he shines.
At Madrid, Ozil and Khedira are world-class but they lack the flair and magic that the players like Kaka have. They have never performed against strongest teams.
Kaka's future in Spain may be in doubt, but I believe he still is still able to play for every club in the world.
Real must help him get back to his best. He will always shine, he just needs some more playing time. As the saying goes - class is permanent.
The fans always loved him and we want Kaka back in a Brazil shirt for next year's World Cup.
