Santi Cazorla has proved that he is among the finest midfielders in Europe since his move to Arsenal.

Cazorla was brought to Arsenal for £15million from Malaga. Since his arrival to Arsenal, Cazorla has been the first choice for Arsenal and has played a majority of their matches.

He scored 12 goals, claimed 11 assists and put in 10 man-of-the-match performances in 38 league games for Arsenal.

He has formed a great partnership with fellow midfielders Aaron Ramsey and Mikel Arteta, while Jack Wilshere was suffering with injury problems.

Cazorla played for Spain in the Confederation Cup this year and he helped Arsenal to a top four finish to help his side qualify for next year’s Champions League, beating Tottenham powered by Gareth Bale, to the last automatic spot.

Cazorla’s low centre of gravity helps him to run with the ball as he has great body balance.

Cazorla - who is 28 - is about to hit his peak and he is likely to be Arsenal's main man next season despite who they may sign.

Arsene Wenger is apparently on the verge of bolstering his squad by adding a much-needed striker.

According to various reports, Gonzalo Higuain and Luis Suarez are on Arsenal's radar.

Arsenal got a very good midfield and defence but with a few high-profile transfers can put the club in great shape to fight for the Premier League title.
