Ligue 1 winners Paris Saint-Germain have set their sights on 29-year-old Chelsea right-back Branislav Ivanovic, as the multibillionaire club continues its search for experienced players on the European stage.
The Serbian has been targeted as a replacement for PSG defender Gregory van der Wiel, according to the Daily Mirror.
The French club are expected to pay £8million plus add-ons for the versatile defender, together with a four-year contract and substantial salary increase - in order to prise him away from new Chelsea manager Jose Mourinho.
However, Ivanovic has become a vital part of the Stamford Bridge set up, after being heavily involved in their notable Champions League and Europa League victories over the last two domestic seasons.
With fellow defender David Luiz also receiving high-profile offers from major clubs during the transfer window, Mourinho will have to make his mind up over which star player, if either, he wishes to sell this summer.
In the meantime, both men have travelled to Indonesia with the rest of the squad, in preparation for a friendly against the Singha All-Stars in Bangkok on Wednesday, whom Manchester United recently lost 1-0 to.
