Raw visited the Barclay's Centre in Brooklyn for the first time, just 24 hours after Money in the Bank pay-per-view.

Raw kicked off with new general manager Brad Maddox coming out to introduce himself, on his first ever Raw.

However, John Cena interrupted him to tell everyone he was still champion and Maddox then made history by telling Cena he could pick his own opponent for SummerSlam.

Randy Orton then came out to tell John that he is never going to know when he will cash his briefcase in and Fandango danced out to say he deserved the title shot.

Randy and Fandango began fighting, so Maddox made the first match of the night between the two and Randy got a quick RKO for the pin.

Backstage AJ was apologising to Dolph for costing him the title the night before, Dolph said it was fine and he needs to move on, AJ hugged him, only for Dolph to reply "move on from you."

Back out in the ring Mark Henry was cutting a promo asking John Cena for another title shot because he thought he took John Cena to the edge at the pay-per-view and was up for it again, only for The Shield to decide they had heard enough and attack Heny, they left him on the floor after a spear and their infamous three person powerbomb.

In a rematch for the World Championship Dolph had been handed another shot at the title, this time he hit the famouser and was about to cover Del Ri, only for the bell to ring.

The referee stopped counting and looked up to see it was AJ, the referee continued the match but Del Rio kicked Dolph in the head for the win, AJ attacked Dolph for dumping her after the match only for Big E Langston to come out and attack Ziggler some more - built up for a match at SummerSlam?

R-truth, who is rarely seen these days, came out singing his song, only for the lights to go out and The Wyatt Brothers to appear, they attacked R-truth before knocking him out of the ring and Bray Wyatt talked about him not being the truth they were looking for and some of the strangest things I have ever heard, only for the audience to keep chanting "What?" My thoughts exactly.

The fans got to vote who they wanted to face The Real Americans, out of Tuns Of Funk, The Uso's or Prime Time Players, the fans chose The Uso's and Jimmy and Jay got the upset of Zebb Colters Americans.

Damien Sandow was in action against Christian the night after his Money in the Bank briefcase win, Christian got the upset but the real story was Sandow's tag team partner was unimpressed about him double crossing him at Money in the Bank and so came out and attacked Sandow after his match, only for Damien to run off into the crowd.

The Diva's were in action, after AJ was busy with Dolph, Brie Bella and Naomi faced off - Naomi os one of the most athletic diva's WWE has ever had, her flexibility rivals that of Melina and her in ring style is second to none, she made quick work of Brie, who herself is a talented Diva, this girl is in need of decent finishing move though, Naomi got the win off a cross body.

One of the big questions from last night was why did Heyman attack Punk? Last night on Raw we found out, Heyman and Punk cut a promo, Punk saying he had 13 stitches in his head because of his old valet and Heyman saying Punk dropped him after he returned from the break after WrestleMania and he felt cheated.

Punk then told him he was going to hurt everyone who got in the way of him and Heyman, and he was going to get Heyman for what he did, only for Heyman to call out Brock Lesnar who hit Punk with an F5 through the announce table, Punk looked pretty banged up after, landing alot of the force on his neck.

Brad Maddox earlier made the match of Y2J vs RVD both men no tranger to each otehr and former World Champions, they had an impressive match hitting each other with evrything they had but Rob Van Dam got the pin after a five-star-from-splash.

The big news of the night was that Cena was going to choose his opponent for Summerslam, so all the WWE locker room was waiting on stage for the champ to arrive, John then said he would let the audience pick by cheering when he said a Superstars name.

He then said had he missed anyone and the croud started chanting "YES" and Cena smiled, he tried to announce who he chose and the crowd started chanting "Daniel Bryan."

Cena then said he respected the beard and had chose this person because they deserve the opportunity. He chose Daniel Bryan which was a very popular decision with the fans.

John Cena vs Daniel Bryan for the WWE Championship. Raw looks to be firing on all cylinders as of late, the writers are really starting to get it right and it's exciting to think of what we can expect from the next month of WWE. Stay tuned because The Biggest part of the summer is just four weeks away.
