Barcelona are reportedly interested in singing Ghana's under-20 World Cup star Clifford Aboagye after the player impressed scouts during the tournament this summer.
The 18-year-old was an unheard of talent before the beginning of the competition but soon emerged as a future superstar as he helped the Ghana under-20 team to a third-pace finish out in Turkey, whilst being named the third best player of the tournament in the process.
Barcelona scouts at the under-20 World Cup are understood to have submitted a report asking for the player to be signed after being impressed by his passing and dribbling abilities.
However, it is believed he is close to a move to Serie A outfit Udinese, famous for their extensive scouting network, but that will prove to be no obstacle to the Catalan giants.
Alexis Sanchez endured a similar situation, having spent several years at the Italian club before he was allowed to leave for the Camp Nou in 2011. Aboagye is certainly one to watch out for in the future, he possesses great skill and would fit perfectly into the philosophy at Barcelona.
