Arguably one of the most heavily rumoured clubs of this transfer window are Arsenal, who are still yet to make a big signing this summer, which is frustrating for the press and the fans.
Arsene Wenger is going to have to put his money where his mouth is if the Gunners are going to be serious title contenders this season.
Every year we always get excited about who Arsenal will buy due to the amount of big names that are spoken of in press conferences and interviews, - and, like all Gunners supporters, I know exactly how it feels when Arsenal finish the transfer window with a couple of unknown players to add to the squad (excluding last season's signings).
Arsenal have been the centre of attention this summer, confirming big names that are close to securing deals, with the likes of Luis Suarez, Wayne Rooney and Yoann Gourcuff all been strongly linked to the London club.
However, it is unlikely that any of these players will actually move. Arsenal's only signing so far, Yaya Sanogo, who was recognised by Wenger from his outstanding performance at the U20 World Cup, won't cut it for the side, with the young Frenchman highly unlikely to replace his fellow French counterpart Olivier Giroud as the main striker for Arsenal.
Arsenal are going to have make at least one big signing this summer if they want to challenge for the Premier League title this season.
