Manny Pacquiao has reignited his on-going feud with Floyd Mayweather by daring the world champion to fight him if the two win their respective upcoming bouts.
Pacquiao, who faces Brandon Rios in November, was deemed a "has-been" who's "career was over" by the undefeated Mayweather during his ten-city promotion tour for his September clash with Saul 'Canelo' Alvarez.
This angered the Filipino fighter, came out in response during an interview with ANC News and said: "I can prove to him I can still win. I lost to Marquez but it's just a lucky punch, just part of the game. I was not dominated. If he (Mayweather) wants to fight, let's fight."
These comments are likely to fuel more speculation of a fight between the pair, although it would seem that their are more stumbling blocks now than ever before.
Mayweather is currently involved in a six-fight deal with Showtime, while Pacquiao is backed by Top Rank Promotions, fighting exclusively for HBO. Which channel would get to show the bout would be a touchy subject and possibly the biggest obstacle in the way of the fight taking place.
Although, If Pacquiao beats Brandon Rios in their November bout and Mayweather beats Alvarez in September, who knows what could happen as it is clear it is a fight the world wants to see.
