Ronaldo scores stunning free-kick in Bournemouth rout

Published 6 Comments

Cristiano Ronaldo began his season with a bang as his Real Madrid side trounced newly-promoted Bournemouth 6-0.

And in the victory, Ronaldo scored one of his trademark free-kicks, that we have become so accustomed to seeing during his star-studded career.

From around 30 yards out, the former Manchester United man lashed the ball past Cherries keeper Darryl Flahavan in the 21st minute to give Madrid the lead.

Ronaldo scored another, whilst Sami Khedira, Gonzalo Higuain, Angel di Maria and Casemiro also scored to give Real the 6-0 victory.

You can watch the stunning free-kick above.
