New Manchester City boss Manuel Pellegrini will be doing everything he can to bring the Premier League title back to the Etihad Stadium at the first time of asking.
The Chilean took no time at all making an impact after his appointment by using the transfer budget that has been given to him in order to make City the best team in England once again.
He has already bought in three top talents in Jesus Navas, Stevan Jovetic and Alvaro Negredo to add to his tremendous squad.
Going forward shouldn’t be an issue for the Citizens next year with the talent they have at their disposal, but defensively City are likely to still be vulnerable.
No additions have yet been made to the Sky Blues' back-line but Pellegrini has plenty of time to yet make the changes he feels are necessary.
Vincent Kompany will once again be a key figure in the side as being solid at the back will be just as important as scoring goals next term.
Matija Nastasic has proven how he is a capable partner for Kompany, but City lack depth in this part of the field, and Pellegrini must look into this.
City will no doubt be up at the top of the table towards the end of the season but will face high competition from rivals Manchester United and Chelsea in what is likely to be an intense end to the campaign.
