Arsenal striker search: Who will they sign? (6)

Published 3 Comments

5. Luis Suarez

Luis Suarez is the main striker to be in the transfer news recently regarding interest from Arsenal. The Uruguayan international has been seen to be unhappy at Anfield with speculation that he is flattered by interest from Arsenal and is even maybe trying to force a move through to move to London.

The Liverpool hitman could reportedly make a £40m move to Arsenal, with the club already having made a bid. This is a very surprising possibility considering that a deal like this – minus wages – would be over twice the cost of the Gunners’ current transfer record deal.

Suarez has has hinted that he would be open to a transfer to Arsenal, providing supporters with hope that a deal could be clinched. So on this note, could a move actually materialise here? All we can do is wait.
