There has been a massive media fiasco surrounding Arsenal and their transfer targets in recent months, and what has made them all the more entertaining is the fact that they have all been strikers from many top clubs. This in any sense is something that you would not expect to hear about Arsenal in the transfer market, and definitely not that they would want to buy a good or respected striker as well.
All jokes aside, with all the media attention and the details of specific deals, it appears that the Gunners may actually be on course to sign the replacement they have been seeking to fill the striker position since the Robin van Persie incident of the 2012 transfer window. However, the north London team have been linked with so many players recently that everybody may have completely lost track of what exactly Arsene Wenger may be planning to do with his money.
Until anything official happens, nothing can appear to be sussed from what Wenger may be thinking either, as he seems to be completely consumed in talking about ‘not being able to talk about it’ when it comes to who he is in talks with signing next. So, to whoever is too confused to think about this piling speculation have a read and this might help straighten your minds out.
