The Winnipeg Jets have completed a deal to re-sign centre Bryan Little on a five-year-deal.

The 25-year-old is set to bag $23.5 million over the course of his contract at the Jets.

Little scored seven goals and made 25 assists during the course of last season.

Little - who avoided arbitration - plays on Winnipeg's top line with captain Andrew Ladd and Blake Wheeler.

In 404 appearances for the franchise, he has notched 99 goals along with 128 assists.

The Jets have also tied up a deal for forward Anthony Peluso on a two-year contract worth $1.125 million.

Peluso only made five appearances last term in his NHL debut season after he was ruled out for the majority of the season with injury.

In others news the Jets are yet to agree terms with Wheeler, who has filed for arbitration.

Wheeler is a key part of the Jets' side so they will hoping an agreement can be made soon.
