At the ripe old age of 38 the Hammers stopper still has the reflexes of a cat, although the signs are there that he is beginning to slow down somewhat. That being said, the 11 clean sheets that he made throughout the season made him the runner up for West Ham's Player of the Year award, suggesting that there may be some fight in the old dog yet.
He also recorded the most saves in the league last season. Capable of the incredible in both positive and negative sense, Jaaskelainen remains one of the top keepers in the land.
