Benfica winger Eduardo Salvio has been targeted by a number of top flight clubs, according to the Daily Express.
Both Manchester City and Tottenham have targeted Salvio this summer, but to warn them off Benfica have placed a £34m price tag on the winger.
Arsenal have also been long-term admirers of the Argentine midfielder. They may turn their attentions to signing Salvo in a quest to sign a big-name star.
Pressure is mounting at the Emirates Stadium as Arsenal have a huge transfer fund, but the players they have been linked with look set to sign for another club. Arsenal are also keeping an eye on another Benifica winger Nicolas Gaitan.
Last month's comments from Salvio's agent, Agustin Jimenez, suggested a move away was a possibility.
Jimenez told O Jogo: "At the moment, his future is undecided. We need to speak with Benfica and to discuss the options.”
Salvio became Benfica’s record signing, so there are doubts weather they’ll let him leave.
